Animal Party

Hi, all! Vladka here and today I have animal project for you. That is how invitations and party sticks look like.
This is what you need to prepare perfect children party with animal theme. And now, step by step. First you need invitations and I created them with three different motives:  Baby Elephant, Baby Lion and Baby Hippo. Text was designed in Word and printed on white card stock.
Then I made this cute little sticks, which can be used for playing later. Besides all three animal motives, I used also  Magnolia Doily die.
And last but not least, I decorate paper napkins with the same motives and I find this so cute. I think it will be also possible to do this for paper cups. Animals are colored with Copics, but otherwise I used white and blue card stock and wooden sticks which I bought in grocery shop.
Till next time, I wish you all great time.

Three little Elephants

Hi, all. Vladka here today!

Do you remember this song about little Elephant on a spider´s web? On my card it is opposite; it starts with three Elephants and goes down to one Elephant.

The both sides can be open and each one has song print, which I made with Word. I used two dies: Baby Elephant and Pink Peony Flower and colored die cuts with Copics. I think this is cute card for a kid. Kids like such things and they will start singing immediately, don't you think?

I wish you all funny day!

Welcome, BABY card

Today I am sharing with you my new second Welcome, baby  card I created with beautiful CottageCutz Baby Collections of dies.
So adorable image for Baby cards and Baby projects.

For this card I used so cute "Baby Elephant" die.

I cut all pieces of Elephant three times. Then, sponge the edges and glued all parts together in a cute image. Next, I created cloudy background using clouds template, sponge and blue ink.

I, also, added cute "Lace border" from CottageCutz. Oh, also, I stamped sentiment and added ribbon with cute button.
So cute baby card. Love it :-)))))

For this project I used:

Baby Sleeping on Moon

Hi there! Vladka here again.
I hope you all have great time and that you are sleeping well as this little baby girl on my card. I remember (long time ago :))), when my nieces were little babies, sometimes in the middle of the night  I listened them if they are still breathing. They were sleeping so deep that I could not hear anything. Today they are 18, so I´m not doing this anymore :) But I was thinking about it when I was creating this card.
Cute little baby is cut out with Baby Sleeping on Moon die and colored with distress inks and Copics. Background was created with watercolors. After that, all what I needed, was sentiment. For this I used Baby and Girl dies. Little heart is stolen from little Elephant
This is from my side for today. Have a great time!

CottageCutz Sweet Little Baby

Good morning!  Well, it's Monday, and I hope it's shaping up to be a good one for ya.  Have you seen  this baby release from The Scrapping Cottage?  It just couldn't have come at a better time.  I spent the weekend celebrating two new babies that are to be born into our family within the next 4-6 weeks.  My niece will welcome her second little one at the end of next month, and on September 12th, my second grandson will make his debut.  It's so wonderful to have the opportunity to celebrate these special blessings and that made it easy to find inspiration for creating this sweet card.
In creating this, I used the following amazing Cottage Cutz dies:

The adorable little baby elephant was cut out using Express It Blending Card, and I colored it with Copic markers.  On the beautifully detailed large baby doily and frame, I used a very heavy weight card stock, so that it would be stronger in order to hold the flowers and baby elephant die cut.  The flowers, turquoise grosgrain ribbon and sentiment from Stampin' Up! finished this one up, and on, what fun it was!!

I hope you enjoyed a wonderful weekend and that your week is off to an amazing start.  Thanks for joining us here on The Scrapping Cottage Blog.  Have a fabulous day!!!
