DAINTY AND DELICATE GIFT BAG

Hello to all!!!!

Its Anita here!!!!
December means Christmas and Gifts . It is always so wonderful to create handmade gift bags and boxes to give gifts to our loved ones.

Here I have created a pretty , dainty and delicate gift bag using CottageCutz dies. It is adorned with tiny flowers and can contain candies, some jewellery or even a small perfume.

Here is my project followed by the intstructional pictures.

Cut out the die cuts from the CottageCutz Filigree Butterfly Pocket die, Leafy Swirls, and 3D flower# 5. Colour the flower and swirl die cut with Blue and green distress inks.

Score along the lines on the pocket die.

Cut out two pattern papers from measuring 2.5 Inches by 3.5 Inches to add as inserts for both packet dies. Adhere from back.

Add tacky tape on the sides of one die cut.

Secure the tabs to form a box

Add a small flap at the bottom to close the base.

Arrange the flowers and leaves along with ribbons for handles

Shabby Chic Card with Anita Kejriwal

Hello dear friends,

This is Anita here and I hope you are all set to have a wonderful time crafting with me. Today, I am going to share a shabby chic card with you. I have made this card using various CottageCutz dies , the details of which you can find below.
Here is also a video tutorial on making 3D flowers and arranging them on the card.

Here is my card.

To prepare the base of the card, follow these instructions.

1. Cut a white card stock measuring 7.5 inches x 5 inches.
Score at 0.5 inch on the 7.5 inch side and fold. Cut another piece 7 inches x 5 inches and adhere to the folded card.
2.Cut a mat layer out of white card stock measuring 6.75 inches x 4.75 inches and curl the edges. Add texture using modelling paste and script stencil.
3. Cut a pattern paper a little smaller than the second mat layer. Add texture using stencil and modelling paste. Let it dry. Tear in several layers as shown and combine with the CottageCutz dies and add to the card.

After finishing the base, make the flowers and arrange it on the card. Follow the video tutorial here.

Sweet Home With Flowers

Hello dear friends,

It's Saturday today I am Anita here and I have a new card for you made with the new release HOME SWEET HOME collection. Such minute detailed dies are included in this series that I am amazed. You can build your entire house with this release.
However, as my forte is flower making, I decided to make a delicate blue floral card adorned with pretty flowers and a sweet home. So here is my card along with the close up pictures to show you the details of the cards and how the dies have been used.

The card measures 7.5 inches by 5.5 inches.
I have used an embossed dotted paper in blues and have added some zig zag stitching to it, to coordinate with Stitched rectangle die.
This card is all about layering.
The flowers have been created using the CottageCutz 3D flower # 5 and many leaves. The leaves have been coloured with Distress ink Peeled Paint.

List of dies used.

Do leave your comments and happy crafting !!!
